OUR POLICIES
Rain
Rain is truly a great environment for you to learn how to handle your car. Whether you're a brand new driver or an experienced one, the rain is guaranteed to teach you something IF you listen to what your car is telling you.

So, if there's rain in the forecast for an event you registered for, pack your rain jacket and prepare for an awesome day of learning car control!

We do not give refunds or reschedule your registration because of rain.
Cancellation
Our generous cancellation policy is as follows:
If a driver cancels within one week of an event, half of the track fees are due.
If a driver cancels within 48 hours of an event or no shows the event, the whole amount of the track fees are due.

If you have any outstanding cancellation fees, you will not be confirmed for a future Turn2 event until those cancellation fees have been taken care of. We really want all of our drivers to come back to our events and keep enjoying the track with us so please, pay your cancellation fees and let's go play!

Cancellation insurance is available for purchase at the time of your registration. Purchasing this insurance means that if you cancel or no show an event, you're only out the money you spent on the insurance. We won't bother you about any owed track fees, similar to buying cancellation insurance on an airline ticket.
Season Passes
If you have purchased a season pass, please let us know when you'll be in attendance so we can have a headcount.

As a reminder, we are offering our Ridge 2025 Season Pass for $4,750. This pass includes all regular Turn2 Lapping full-day events at the Ridge, and 50% off Late Apexing events and winter track days. The Camp Goodtimes charity event on August 14, 2025 is excluded from the Season Pass.
We are offering our Qlispe 2025 Season Pass for $3,000. This pass includes all regular Turn2 Lapping full-day events at Qlispe.

We do not offer refunds on season passes once the season has started, which will be April 4, 2025.

Please see our Season Passes page for information on how to purchase your season pass.
Avants
Turn2 partners with the car club Avants, which means you get a discount at Turn2 Lapping events if you have a current membership with Avants. The Avants discount for the 2025 season is $25 off your track fees. Woohoo!
We do not offer any discounts for helmet rentals, instruction, or additional drivers. The Avants discount does not apply to Late Apexing events, winter track days, or the Camp Goodtimes charity event on August 14, 2025.
When an incident occurs - images
On the off-chance an incident occurs on track and a car is damaged in any way, NO images or videos will be taken by anyone other than the owner of the vehicle.
If an individual is seen taking photos or videos of an incident with a car that is not his or her own, this individual will have the lovely opportunity to talk to Tom and Ryleigh about deleting those photos or videos from his or her phone or camera immediately.

If photos or videos of an incident are found to have been posted to any kind of social media by someone other than the owner of the car, the individual will be banned from all Turn2 Lapping events. This is a universal rule for all motorsports organizers in the Pacific Northwest.

Sometimes incidents happen, though thankfully not very often. We wish to promote a supportive and respectful community, and we can do that by allowing the owner of the car the privacy that he or she deserves.
Substances
This one's pretty easy: Don't drive impaired. Don't even bring anything to the track.
If the track is hot, there will be no open alcohol on the property.
Convertibles
We always enjoy having convertibles come to our track days! For convertible cars, we require stock rollover protection. Whatever is stock on your convertible is adequate for our track days.
Passengers
Yes, we love having our qualified drivers show friends and family what we love to do. We request that you drive 7/10, staying well within your driver limits. Passengers must be at least 14 years old, wear a snell certified helmet, and have the same seatbelt system as the driver seat.

If a driver spins or loses control with a passenger in the car, the driver will lose passenger privileges and become one of Tom's stories.
Minors and young drivers
Minors are always welcome at our track days! Minors will need to sign a waiver with a parent or guardian when checking in to the facilities.
Anyone over the age of 14 may ride along with a qualified driver.
Minors over the age of 14 may drive on track with a Turn2 instructor! Call Matt Geddes for more details on our young drivers program: 360-359-0968.
